That's your whole argument? To be clear if there is any hate getting flung to china its specifically to their bastard government. Now whether the virus was manufactured in china or came from their wet markets which they don't regulate worth a damn the point is they are responsible and worse then that they refused to warn the world, ask for help and even silenced any of their people who tried to get the word out. I have no issue with the chinese people, but sure seems to me they are very totolitarian. I do not think this was intentional. I do think its very possible that it was an experiment on a germ warfare that got out of control. Regardless if china had been much more upfront with the world we would not have the issues we are having now. If i recall sars started in South Korea and they were upfront and it was nowhere near as secretive as china had been. Chinese people are great. its the chinese government i have issues with as do many other people. And china is only built up because of greed of putting work in the factories many use prison labor.
Most Americans don’t hate Chinese people, the country of China and especially Chinese Americans who have even been to Asia.
We hate the communist people’s republic of China for being 100% at fault for this outbreak. They threatened, censured and jailed the earlier whistleblowers (even made some journalists disappear). That is a indisputable FACT. If it wasn’t for the PRC this outbreak would of been locally contained, tens of thousands (my hundreds of thousands) of lives would have been saved and trillions of dollars of economic damage avoided.
HOW can you not see that? HOW can you not acknowledge that? HOW can you stand up for regime that oppressed free speech that WOULD HAVE SAVED LIVES.

I don't hate them, but I do not trust their government. Having so much of our medicine and critical materials made in China in a very bad idea. Better to have a supply chain that is domestic or at least more local like Mexico or Canada. Heck, if U. S. companies moved production from China to Mexico it would also eliminate a big part of the reason why people risk their lives to flee across the border without papers.

The CDC and WHO said it started in wuhan china. What the majority of people do is ask themselves how disease outbreaks keep originating in china? Whether it is the 1956 Asian Flu which killed four million people worldwide or the Sars virus in 2002 which killed almost 1,000 and infected many more worldwide, those of us not consumed with identity politics can see a pattern emerging here. I want our government to sanction china for the costs and damage they have caused to our economy, and the untold suffering and death to our older generation. If the Chinese don't want to meet us half way, we should just write off that debt we supposedly own them.
