Yeah I remember that day, I was making deliveries in Queens that morning heading towards Brooklyn but had to turn back after finding out what happened and seeing that black cloud blowing south that sunny Tuesday morning

On this day, My little niece just turned 1 month and 9 days old, It's hard to believe this happened and It makes you wonder why it happened, Al Gore lost a hard fought for the White House between him and George W Bush, so lot things changed that year I remember down in Florida they kept getting more votes coming in and yet they did not know who the new US President would be. Now America is dealing with another battle Coronavirus well lets hope a vaccine comes out soon.. Thanks for sharing this with us

Any one with a keen eye can see that a ton of the footage was doctored and plenty of people actually there know there were explosions prior to the supposed impact.

Have you considered that some of the homeless chose that lifestyle? That they don't want or need jobs? Forget 9/11? Who said that? For "greatest national tragedies"though there was The Civil War, and then there's the Pearl Harbor attack which lead to 400k+ deaths of our countrymen. Oh and more people have died from Covid-19 in our country than did at Pearl Harbor, the Twin Towers, the Korean, Vietnam, Iraq, and Afghanistan Wars combined, so there's those national tragedies.

I typoed when I joined this app so my age is wrong by a decade but I spent from 2005-2015 in The Army and I can go into why my friends have "died in vain" but it's sure as hell not the reasons you're claiming. Watch some of Fulbright's hearings with GEN Taylor sometime and you'll start to be enlightened.

The values this country were founded upon were freedom for whomever made it here. What does the plaque at the base of The Statue of Liberty say? How did your family get here? "Never welcomed those who refused to assimilate"? The counrty was founded by people who refused to assimilate! Then we have the Johnson-Reed Act of 1924 and don't get me started on that.

I really recommend you to start digging into US history. There are a ton of good reads out there and it's kinda frustrating how you begin to realize that history does repeat itself and not for the better. With access to the internet education is free so we have no excuse for not bettering ourselves.

Indeed, just thought I'd throw in my two cents. Jingoism or ultranationalism is a dangerous thing. Great empires such as the Ottomans and the Romans fell due to their jingoistic tendencies, it led the Japanese into attacking Pear Harbor and their subsequent downfall, and it even gave rise to the likes of Hitler. Lest we end up like them and thus let history repeat itself, we should steer clear of such thinking.

Funny you mention Hitler. In WW2 we fought the wrong side. Truly, I do believe that. We fought alongside the communists who killed over 60 million of THEIR OWN people! And for what?
