If this were inherently true, why does boxing, for example, have different weight classes? Why do most sports have junior vs senior divisions? There is an understanding in sport that some people will have undue advantage over others due to physical attributes.

Yes, the competitions have rules about hormone levels and stuff. It's not any trans woman who can compete, the rules might need to change sometimes, but trans women should have that space.
