What is poison?

Anything we do or keep more than we need is poison. It can be power, wealth, hunger, ego, greed, laziness, love, lust, hate or anything.

Even water becomes poison by drinking more than required.

What is fear...?

Not accepting that both win and lose are equally likely in any stake in life, if you move forward without the flow of win or lose, it becomes adventure…!

What is jealousy?

Not accepting good qualities in others. If we accept that good side, then those people can become an inspiration for us.!

What is anger?

Not accepting things that are beyond our control takes the form of anger.

Let's assume that many things will be as they are then it becomes tolerance...!

What is hate?

It is hateful not to accept a person for his true form and thoughts. Especially one's religious beliefs, political views, but accepting a person unconditionally as one's equal becomes love..!

Poison: often those things consumed in excess whether emotional or psychical.

Jealous: to covet, lust, desire possession after anything or anyone that belongs to another.

Anger: grounded in pride of Self and an inappropriate reply to disagreement, denial, and/or perceived rejection. there is righteous angered experience for being undeservedly maligned in some way.

Hate: is an inclination of strong dislike of another or thing. There is good hate of violation of wrong/right etc

Albert Einstein made a quote claiming repetition is the definition for insanity and that just is not true. He knew it wasn’t true he was just trying to be poetic but that doesn’t change the fact that his quote has mislead others and made them objectively dumber.

Repeatedly doing the Same thing is how you practice. If you kick a ball towards a net a million times at some point you’ll know how to get the into the net consistently. Fact is doing the same thing repeatedly doesn’t mean you won’t get different results. You can call me stupid if you wish as that will not say much anyways. At face value yes it’s stupid to expect different results but if you think about it with even an inch of doubt you notice that doing the same thing repeatedly while expecting different results is just statics and yes something different may happen.

Lottery tickets are a good example of doing the same thing and getting different results. If you order a random lottery ticket every day for one year and you fail every single time does that mean the next lottery ticket will be a dud? We have learnt that there are four kinds of basic emotions: happiness, sadness, fear, and anger, which are differentially associated with three core affects: reward (happiness), punishment (sadness), and stress (fear and anger). These are further classified as shown in figure given below.
