Your chart seems to iqnore the reasoning equaliy.

Left may want:

• Powerful Federal Goverment (Not all of them)
• Believe more in welfare State and Goverment assistance.
• Regulate business
• Favor one "class" of people over anther in taxes and rules.
• Spend money on "social programs"

The Right by contrast wants:

• Power to State & local Governments (Not all of them)
• Believes more in individual Responsibility
• Deregulate businesses
• More equal treatment under the law regardless of "Class"
• Spending on defense (outsiders for the federal Goverment) and defense against criminals (for state and local Governments)

Technically the general philosophical difference in both theses lists centers on 2 questions:
1: Where we are governed, Locally or more at the Top. (Again a more mixed bag)

2: How we are Governed whether we are more protected from others or ourselves.

In general both sides see others as a threat, the left more of the opinion people must be protected from themselfs. The right is generally less fearful particular in regard to voluntary relations like businesses.

European politics being soo much more focused on the far more homogeneous nation-states lacks the federalism issue when compared to U. S. Federal politics.

By contrast American politics having been soo much more foused on our Federal Goverment for a century even makes it hard for Americans to understand whats happening at the state & local level.

So the policies your comparing our political parties on are really very different questions.
Where as the question of "National Healthcare" to you is a question of sharing a common insurance company with a relatively small number of nearby, geographically, economically, culturally and ethically similar people.

An American asking that same question at the federal level is being asked to compromise with very different people Geographically, ethically, culturally, and conically.

We have known from hundreds of years of history and frankly bad experience that this does not work very well. Europe being half as big as biographically diverse as the USA is only beginning to understand this with your conflicts within the EU leading to things like Brexit.

In this you have both
A) Overlooked the Geographical limits of your system thus also limiting abuse to those actuary allowed in your country.
B) Demonstrated an awareness of such abuse already in your country by people of very different cultural and economic backgrounds.

Unfortunately in both cases of America and Europe the healthcare industry remains very much a Goverment dominated enterprise.
That our governments only has a lighter hand in the sense it makes less effort to tell the industry what it may charge.

If you want to see an example of a more free medical system in America look at cosmetic surgery, which is much less lightly regulated and controlled. Veterinary care is also anther example of a lighter goverment hand. In both cases you see prices going down and quality going up.
