At least stop responding to advertising. Dig up the truth yourself. Save the country the BILLIONS of dollars that is being spent on swaying uninformed decisions. If the advertisers notice that you are not being affected by advertising, they will stop doing it, and stop spending money on it.

Stop believing something is good just because the owner "SAID so". Did you not read Charlotte's Web in school?

Don't click on the first option or sponsored one that pops up on your screen.Don't accept bribes. Don't review free items. Don't give someone 5 stars just because they asked for it. Don't skip giving a bad review because the owner asked you not to. Don't review selective questionnaires, because they are only sending you the good ones to review, and leaving out the bad ones.

Remember:

If someone spends a lot on advertising, they probably needed to, so that they could reverse the selection you would have made organically based on merit or quality. Good things advertise themselves, they don't need outside funding.

Negotiate. Negotiate. Negotiate. If someone puts a giant one-sided contract or waiver in front of you to sign, you do NOT have to sign it as is. You can and should ask it to be modified to include a fair advantage to you as well.

Kroger rose price of groceries past inflation rate which was their own admission promising that “if you allow our merger, the price goes down”(f*cking pigs). You also have a disparaging Court System that favors the rich & powerful more than the poverty stricken & weak. Unions are busted, forced into submission, and the workers of the USA are treated like crap. No justice, no fairness, no equality…. A broken system though I have hope it can change & there will be a shift. I have hope because I love this country and want it to succeed. The cancelling of student loan debt got me hopeful, got me hopeful.

However there is video evidence, testimonials, and lots coming out for this trial so I will say I believe in justice here. If someone filmed me taking the leaves out and I went to the court “no, I was taking my nail clippings” clearly 10/10 times they’ll say “you were carrying leaves”. I have faith that Diddy will be brought to justice.

@Malwi93 P. Diddy is done, he won't win, they have overwhelming evidence, witnesses and video evidence of his crimes.
It doesn't matter how good your lawyer is, if the evidence is overwhelming, you are done. However there is possilbity you can get a lower sentence, with good lawyer.
OJ got away with it in the first case, only because the police were fools, and corrupted the crime scene and there is no evidence after the fact , so that is enough to get found not guilty. But he got found guilty a second time. No lawyer will get you off just like that, if the evidence is there.

No justice in family court, no due process in fam and divorce court just Preponderance of the Evidence. The judge can refuse exculpatory evidence as well, the judge has complete authority but is often pressured by the state to delegate most authority to social services in high conflict cases.

This is an absolute farce, when criminal allegations are made especially by the party that started the whole process with accusations of domestic violence and began the alienation they are admitting they know its Bullshit by not making arrests and criminally charging the accused and taking them to criminal court, real court. Its a scam for money by using crazy mothers, mothers who often had broken homes and a very bad childhood themselves, and it hurts the kids again and the cycle continues.

I wish. But a skilled lawyer can manipulate the jury. The jury pool is selected from a bunch of people with zero legal knowledge or expertise. I don't even see why someone's fate should be left in their hands. It's the same scenario as in medieval arenas where a bunch of people cheered on as the two contestants killed each other with spears and battle axes.
