A compromise for pro-abortion and pro-life

One side doesn't want to kill a life and the other side doesn't want to be told what they can and can't do to themselves. A while back, I came up with a solution that satisfies both side's core desire. What do you all think of the below idea?

Extractions!
Instead of abortions, where you kill the fetus, just perform extractions. Remove the fetus while it is still alive, and let the doctors try to keep it alive. If the fetus is able to sustain its life with doctor's help, it lives and is put up for adoption after it has grown enough and no longer needs medical attention. If the fetus is unable to sustain its life with doctor's help, it dies a "natural" death. This allows women to do what they want to their body and prevents the killing of fetuses. Is this an acceptable compromise?

Thats not how it works.
First off, putting a child up for adoption is awful. Kids in the system are treated like shit and get rehomed all the time while being treated like shit.
And second off, a woman is not an incubator. A woman still has to deal with the concequences of a pregnancy in the short while until it ”extracted”. Pregnancy is awful for women, especially for women who got raped etc. That woman will have to live for the rest of her life with a reminder that she was assulted and they ripped her fetus out of her possibly traumatizing her even more.


Maybe we should just let women do what they want with their own bodies. We are already overpopulated, we dont need more people.

1) If you don't want it up for adoption, just get the extraction before it would live.
2) This is true for abortions too. Abortions don't make the past go away
3) The issue isn't what they do to their body, it's what they do to the body of another creature. Hence, my compromise of extraction.

1) Or just have an abortion? have your own kids and stop forcing others to give life to the earth.

2) It literally doesn't tho. imagine having to see the face of the man who assulted you in a kid that was the result of the assult every day and being reminded of it.

can men just stay out of abortion debates? it doesn't concern u. if someone doesn't want to be pregnant and wants an abortion, they should have an abortion. its cruel to ”extract” them and put them in adoption centres bc after that nobody cares about them.

For those that read this later, we had been discussing in another post and once I realized we had different definitions, I tried to make a proposal instead.
