Guys, is texting you everyday...too much?

Guys, if a girl that you are some what seeing texts you everyday...is that too much?

not challenging enough? boring?

It doesn't bother me at all really. It let's me know that she is still interested. I kind of like to have some contact everyday. But that's just me and not every guy is going to be like that. Just ask the guy, I actually had a girl ask me one time if it bothered me that she texted me so much and I told her it didn't bother me. It also kind of depends on how much texting you do in a day. 100 texts a day is probably a bit too much, but about 10-20 texts a day is fine with me. There have been days where I have received and sent well over 100 texts with a girl and if it's a boring day then that is fine with me. Like I said though, that's just me and some guys may not agree. Some guys may think that 100 texts a day isn't enough while others may think 1 a day is too much. I would say, if you are concerned that you are texting somebody too much, just ask.

yeah it kinda is, because what do we have to talk about every single day? I mean, really? I mean its nice to show interest, but too much, too soon can make you look clingy.

If you two are together as boyfriend and girlfriend then no you should be talking daily I think its weird if you don't (well at least with me and the guys I date and they agree). But if your simply seeing each other then I think it is a bit much like your trying to hard. Let him come to you...Good luck!

My guy friend says, "I don't care if a girl talks 24/7 nonstop, as long as she's saying something interesting." So I guess that could apply to texting. As long as you have something to say, I don't see why he would mind, especially since you're showing that you care and making an effort.

It might be for some people. For me I don't get too many I certainly wouldn't mind a lot of texts, especially if she is a girl I like.
