I feel ugly, every guy I know says I am and so do my female friends. :\ Does that mean their right?

I've had every guy I've been with and known basically say I'm ugly.
The guys I've been with straight up said that I'm ugly and can't expect anyone to be attracted to someone that looks like me, other guys have called me a 2/10. I've been outright called ugly in public, told I look like a man in makeup, spat on, I've had things thrown at me. My friends even refuse to be seen with me or have a photo with me when were at the beach or vacationing because of how I look.
I feel like their right. When I ask "Do I look pretty/beautiful at all?" They say "You have a nice personality.."
It upsets me everytime. I didn't ask that, I asked if I'm ugly or not. But they always cop out and say "It's your personality, not your looks."
:( My personality didn't save every guy from cheating on me and calling me ugly, they didn't care. Guys are visual creatures and I want to be beautiful.

I guess what I'm saying is, if I'm ugly, I'll just get cosmetic surgery. That way guys won't hate me so much and maybe my future boyfriend won't cheat on me.

Would you date a girl who is ugly?
And what's a good way to know your ugly (other than the obvious cause those signs actually stated I'm ugly.)

Clearly they are NOT nice people or friends at all. Our culture is extremely superficial, and that's something that's sad, but that's the way that things are for now. "Beauty" changes, depending on the time period. Don't think about going for plastic surgery or anything just because of what other people are saying. You need to surround yourself with friends that aren't going to speak to you like that, that's terrible, rude and utterly appalling and you don't deserve that at all okay? If you're worried about your looks, maybe take some time to see what changes you can do (that you're comfortable with) no sense in changing yourself to fit the stereotypical barbie girl that we all know, doesn't naturally exist, seriously. Maybe try something new, the key is to make YOU feel good. Look at the things that you'd maybe like to improve on, if you feel overweight etc, see if you can join a fun Zumba class (I've done it with my Mom who's sensitive about her weight, not sure what you look like but advice) and then go through your clothes in your closet, do you want to make a change? Maybe it's time to switch things up, maybe for you're make-up try different colors etc or go to the mall and have it done, there are little things that you can do to improve, but if you are beautiful on the inside, personally I'd say, "F*ck those a-holes." We all have things that we'd like to change, and you can do it, but do it for you. This is kind of off topic, but I'm dating this guy who I normally wouldn't, he's cute with glasses but also a little larger than I am, but, his personality is so endearing, and wonderful. At the end of the day, looks are great and everything, but if the person has a crappy personality, that stays forever, looks fade you know? Best of luck!

Look, I'm not gonna sit here and tell you that being pretty doesn't matter because yes being pretty matters that's what everybody looks at these days I mean I don't agree with it but everyone sorry seems to like pretty people or always want to look good or do everything just to please everyone else. How do you think you look? who cares about those guys? Even the less decent looking people find someone that loves them I promise you. so you just found the wrong guys, if they didn't like you or thought yo were attractive they wouldn't have been with you in the first place!! so stop being with selfish guys and make sure you go for the good ones who actually see your personality and your soul not just what you look like. I consider myself pretty and that didn't stop me from getting cheated on!! If you think that you're not as pretty as you can be then do something to change it.
Fix your hair a little more, change it up a bit.
Dress cuter.
Get a makeover.
Be more hygienic
Workout/Eat right
whatever you think that will make you look better. if your personality is good just make sure looks match it of course no one is perfect. I know I'm not. but at least make sure you look decent and presentable I'm sure you can change something about you that'll make you look nicer if not then you will just have to deal with it. by the way find good friends, as a friend if i thought my friend looked a little bad i would help her do something to look nicer!

if at any point in your life anyone tries to tell you what they think you are or are not, don't listen to them. Those are just opinions not facts, and if your "friends" say that to you they are not your real friends. Never feel like you need to seek validation from guys either, i know that it's natural, I've had guys say the most disgusting things about me that I know are not true, but do I let that change how I see myself? no, because I know that how I view myself is more important than how other's view me? If you want surgery, and I mean if YOU want surgery then do it, but don't let your reasons involve other people. got it? keep your head up love <3

If you have a beautiful "soul" it does not matter what you look like on the outside. Forget all the guys or girls who have called you ugly.. Who cares if you die without a spouse? You can still help humanity in other ways.. get to it!!

In all honesty, if your face is decent and you're not morbidly obese, then I'm more interested in your personality and bedroom skills. Now lets assume I misjudge what you really look like and it's nothing like what I expected, I still wouldn't call you ugly cause that's just plain rude. Heck, if you're nice and occasionally laugh at my jokes, I might just go down on you and become a personal go to guy when you're horny. But unfortunately, most people judge someone's whole character by looks so your nice personality and maybe good bedroom skills may not count for jack if they're not attracted to you.

I like to think of people as a combo package. It's not all looks, not all personality, and not all sex. It's a decent combination of all 3. Do I enjoy waking up next to her and starring at her face? Do I enjoy spending time with her and talking about irrelevant shit when bored in public lol? Do I enjoy fucking her and does she fuck back well? That's what it should all come down to. If she can fit the 3 categories well, I see potential in a relationship.

If you pick mates from a higher band they'll use you and take you for granted. If you pick mates from a band below your own, they'll put you on a pedestal. Wow... How dare your "FRIENDS" call you ugly and when you hooked up with those "Men" that are supposed to be your boyfriend call you ugly. If they called you ugly then you should've broken up with them and also get new real friends that wouldn't judge you or treat you the way your ex friends treated you. Cosmetic surgery doesn't fix everything. If you really want to do that I really hope you will think long and hard about that decision because its the same as getting a tattoo just that you can't undo it.
