Literally every guy that was after me I’ve never been physically attracted to. I see all of my girlfriends with their hot boyfriends and only ugly guys are after me. I don’t understand why I can’t be happy with a hot guy. Every girl in my friend group at college says that these guys would be great matches for me when they’re literally not even good looking compared to the boyfriends that they have. I just sometimes question my looks now. I always saw myself as a good looking girl and I think I would know if I was ugly. This happened to me in high school and now it’s happening to me in college where only below average looking guys are after me. Does that mean that I’m on the same level of attractiveness as them if only ugly guys are after me?

People who take an active role aim for a combination of what attracts them and what they can see themselves achieving a relationship with.
So most people who aren't very attractive aim a little to somewhat higher than they consider themselves to be.
I don't have more insight to offer in this. People on this site love to judge, so a more engaging question would include information about yourself that could let us tell if we find those things attractive, average, or bad.

Well I’m a ginger with really long hair and big blue eyes. I’m 5’11 and I’m slim with some curves but not a lot. I’m not one of those gingers that’s pale with a lot of freckles. I actually get tan over the summer and I hardly have any freckles on me. I’m pretty unique. I have long legs too.

I think that as long as you look feminine (never confused with a male from any angle) with those stats you can consider yourself attractive. (and disregard the guys who pursued you in the past)
I notice your height is above the average man's height, can I ask if your suitors were mostly shorter or taller than you?
