Did I miss my chance with her?

So last week I went to my uncle's house and my cousin's friend was there and she kept glancing at me. And whenever we made eye contact she would look away really fast. But we rreally didn't talk to each other. So today I went back over there and she was there again. I was planning to talk to her or at least say hi but I couldn't muster up the courage. Also she didn't look at me or anything. So I can't help but feel like I missed my chance. Did I? What should I do?
