Does she deserve my attention?

There's this one girl who, supposedly , is my best friend, and she says she hates X guy and Y guy. However she spends more time with them then with me, she's always mean to me, and instead she's sweet to them. She, sometimes, used to be really sweet with me, but nowadays she is just mean all the time, refuses to accept it. However she still calls me everyday and talks with me, and in school she doesn't give a f*ck about me.
She cried last week and I was the last one she talked to, and I was the one who had to approach her.. She has no reasons to not trust me, when I do have and still trust her..

Do not waste ur time, friendness and kindness to a girl who doesn't appreciate u. Cuz in the end you'll be the one to get hurt, not her. It seems to me that she only hangs out with u when she feels like it and when there's no one else around. Considering the fact that she doesn't treat u fairly, she obviously does not deserve u and ur attention. I know the way how girls like her think. Just because you're nice, she thinks that you will always be there for her no matter how she treats u. All u need to do is prove to her you're not just some guy she can mess with, or hang out with depending on 'her mood'.
Confront her, ask her what the hell's her deal, Nd show her that u don't accept being treated that way, just let her know she cannot mess with u.
All u have to do is stand up for urself and give her a serious and shitty 'speech' on how she needs to appreciate people, Nd then she might actually come to her senses.
You sound really nice, Nd i know how that feels cuz im a reaallyyy nice person and i've been through experiences like that when people use me or come to me when they feel like it. Buut im trying to change and show people that im not some girl u can come to whenever u need sth y'know?

Thanks a lot :) I already talked with her, and all she said was : " Whaat? I am always sweet and nice to you, you r the one who is never sweet to me! " I won't give her anymore "speech" I am done with it, I 've done it too many times, and I was the one who was always blamed, she even wanted to ignore me like 4ever, cuz she though I lied to her, when I didn't ;(

You're better off without her anyway, Nd it's time u had an actual friend who appreciates and respects you. And don't ever regret this moment! I'm certain she knows you're right and she might feel bad about it later, once she knows what she has lost.

Just one more thing, I seat near her every class and play an online game with her, should I also reject her game invites to play with her, reject her calls, and switch seats in class?

I say u act normally towards her, i mean say hi when u two see each other so that nothing would be awkward between you. Don't change ur seat and see if she invites u to play and sure, u can play. See if she changes her seat, otherwise, keep it cool.

Don't open conversations with her.'hi, how r u' is enough. And don't be too friendly with her so she'd get the memo. Eventually, she might apologise and see that she needs u and then maybe everything is gonna be fine between u two, oor maybe not. Be patient. Wait and see

She sounds immature and not very appreciative of your friendship. So no, she doesn't deserve your attention. If she's not putting in effort in maintaining the friendship and if she's mean to you then you should ditch her and show some respect to yourself. You shouldn't tolerate people treating you that way.
