People with a soothing presence?

Bit of a weird question I guess but has any one had this kind of expreince when I don't know perhaps there is some one you may know that has a some what soothing effect on you.

For example when the person is around you perhams become more calm or feel quite relaxed and clear headed around them, like they give off some kind of possitive vibe.

Simply curious if any one has had this kind of expreince ?

Sadly I have not had the pleasure. However, on a few occasions friends of mine have said they have felt better or calmer just being around me. I am really flattered and surprised when I get this compliment but no, I have never experience this from someone else. I would love to though!

My grandma was this way, she was so relaxed, never raised her voice, so comforting to be around, you never felt like you were being judged, everyone loved to be around her for that reason.

and i could be anxious for anything, be it a job or a date...1 talk with him and i'd be calm as fuck! lol

I've been around monks for the majority of my life. My Dad also gives off that vibe. Very Zen and balanced.
