Little girl in male locker room?

In my pool you are allowed to bring in children of the wrong sex up to the age of 12. One guy allways bring in her sister who is 11 years old and i think that she is too old and it makes me feel unconfortable. I´m 17 yo

From my point of view the only thing I would be worried about is the boner, but even that is actually natural and people should accept that young men do get hard sometimes.

Since my pool has a mixed gender locker room/shower I'm getting used to shower naked in full view of girls and ladies of all ages and wouldn't worry a bit if a 12 yr was staring at me during my shower. At least not in a place were I'm supposed to be naked.

I would leave the worries to the father of the girl and I would take for granted that the father has a good reason for bringing his girl to the mens locker room instead of sending her into the ladies.

If it's also supported by the pool up to age 12 and the girl is 11, they still have some time before hitting the limit.

As for the mens and ladies locker room in my local pool, there are no upper limit for children of the opposite sex. That's leaves it up to the parent to make the decision even the child is more than 12. Why not have any upper limit? Because it happens that children develop slowly and still needs their parents guidance even when the child is a few years older than other children and because some people (children as well as adults) will never manage by them self and will always need help.

As far as I know, most pools only have the mens and the ladies locker room. A parent with a child of the opposite sex only have two options 1) let the child join the parent in the wrong locker room/shower or 2) send the child in to the right locker room and hope everything goes as it should and pray that no problem turns up.

If you bring it up with the staff, you could also suggest to them that they arrange for having a mixed gender locker room where parents and children can change and shower without age limit and then lower the age limit for girls in the mens locker room.

Most people are too uncomfortable to just DE-ROBE themselves in front of others. Usually changing shirts and pants, or using a stall.

And being a girl with shirtless guys might be a BIT uncomfortable but you shouldn't worry.

Being a little girl who is changing with older men is what worries me here. Although I assume they are usually with their parents at least.

Okay you're right up to 12 is WAY too old. I'd say 7 is the oldest a kid should be. But I do understand if you're one sex and your kid is the opposite you don't really have an option it's better to take him/her with you than for you to go into the bathroom he/she belongs in.

Especially when they're babies or todlers. But yeah once they're round 8 I'd say they could go into the changing room by their self.

I think that's just wrong, when a child is 7-8 they are perfectly capable of going into the changing rooms by them selves and getting dressed. 11 is defiantly too old to be going into the male changing room, I'd understand if she was disabled but other than that it's just exposing her to male anatomy too early in life.

When you say locker room do you mean changing room? Considering they had sex education in year 6 and are starting to develop physically I think that it should be younger. Children at that age can develop feelings as well.

I read it. Yeah in my opinion she shoudnt be in there. I'd make a complaint and add what I said earlier as well. Being curious is normal but in many children as young as 10 they can actually start to get sexual feelings as well.

If she is 12 she is old enough to go into the womens changing room by herself. Its weird past the age of 10.

I always wear my towel but i shower naked like other guys. I´m the only young boy in there (besides her brother) and i have noticed that she stares at me a lot when i am naked. Some days ago a very embarrassing situation happened which makes me to write here: i was naked in the shower with a man in my rigth when she came and took the shower in my left. With the hot watter and relax i had a hard on. I was affraid by the man and embarrased by her and i was still full of soap. i have a 8'5in penis and this is difficult to hide so i turned towards her for hide it to that man while i took off the soap as fast as i could, took my towel and ran for dressing. She was all the time starin right at my penis undisguised. I felt so embarrased!!
I think she's taking advantage of the situation and enyoing it. This is kind of weird for me and i don´t know how to behave

So she is changing, also, exposing her 12 year old body in the men's locker room? I can only say that in the US, that would definitely be considered too old. But I know that in Spain, things are different. I have friends there that have told me it is not unusual for saunas and hot tubs to be used by both sexes nude. If that is the case, then it does not seem that strange over there.

You could talk to the people who make the rules, but, really, that's about all you can do.

There is probably some reasoning behind that choice of age. It's almost certainly not a randomly chosen boundary.

Yeah that sounds pretty stupid, I would say up to 5 years old. Even 6 is too old to be allowed to do that in my opinion. I can't imagine the chaos that happens between the younger kids there.

I made a commented to her brother if he knows that this is a male locker room and he said me that i have not to worry because she is only a kid. I didn´t say nothing more becuse i´m afraid of been accused of being a pervert of something and the rules allow her to be there.
And she was not scared, I think that she was enjoying and for sure she has told it to all her friends. I think that i am the only hurt with my embarrassment

This happens in Sweden too. Many dads bring their daughters in the changing room and it's a bit uncomfortable. And I've even seen 12-13 year old girls.
