I find this double standard really irrelevant when a guy has to choose if he's gay or straight but couldn't pick both. Why isn't a male who is bisexual isn't acceptable in the society whereas a female who's bisexual is?

This is why males and female fight. There isn't going to be peace within both sexes. A guy who is bisexual gets ignored by the females and that's really irrelevant. If you want equality, I suggest you people to stop this nonsense.

Look, guys get turned on by bisexual girls, whereas only a few girls like bisexual men so if I come out and say I like women too (and I am bi curious and have told guys) mostly they are supportive because they don't see it as a problem and have a hope of seeing two girls doing stuff or getting a threesome.
Girls are also generally more physically and emotionally expressive with one another and its all seen as girly so even if I am holding hands with a girl or hugging her from behind, kissing on cheek its seen as normal girlish behaviour not anything extraordinary. Bisexual guys are accepted in society just like females. No one forces them to choose but I guess more people approve of bisexual girls because guys find it hot and imagine how they can incorporate their self into their (sexual) relationship and force the girl to be loyal... However in reality it's up to the person to decide who cares what others think.

However technically a guy or girl can be bisexual and they can be for life and find both sex attractive but if they fall in love or commit and I do mean for life regardless of them being sexually attracted to both they kind of made a choice on their own which sex to be with... Although that has more to do with a coincidence than their own "official choice". But if you don't get married or have a committed relationship with someone well you can switch back and forth as much as you want.

This is a problem most, if not all bisexuals face at least once. Having people tell them that they should just pick one and stick to it. Not to mention being accused of cheating more easily as well.
The reason why bisexual girls are seemingly more accepted is because guys fetishize the fuck out of girl on girl action, and are always hella tempted to join in and make it a threesome. From what I have learned, the bi-sexual male is shunned by gay males because they are not really gay and just doing it for the sex.
