Why are Indian men so creepy?

I'm not generalizing, and I've noticed that Indian men usually write creepy comments on Facebook photos of girls. And they usually are overly forward. They also ask very sexual and personal questions. I am Indian, and this makes us all look bad. Why is this acceptable in Indian society?

1. Is this really ok in India? To be so fucking creepy?
2. I know that Chinese and Japanese are academically focused like India, yet they aren't creepy?

Well, I am not sure what can be the reason and no that is never ok, even in India also.

It's because of these few guys, all the other Indian guys who are online also get the bad name.

I've seen a lot of creepy indian dudes, but I found a few nice ones too :)

I've noticed it from some Indian men (especially on the internet) but it certainly isn't all of them. I'm not sure why some are like that.
