Not only that but it's legal to walk completely nude in public in my country ;-).
Really? Any pictures from Switzerland with nude people on public?
*in.
It's probably gonna get taken down again by some stupid uptight admin but here you go:

p.motionelements.com/.../...ity-festival-a0382.jpg
The first is a group of nude hikers. Hiking is one of the most important national activities in Switzerland and some people like to do it naked (it's also getting more popular among young people).
The second is a nude performance group in the old town of Bern.
Here it also says public nudity (and some other things) are legal:

@Red_Arrow I think those rules are retarded and I hate the people who sacrifice their dignity to enforce them.
The owner of a site (including this one) can have whatever rules he wants. That alone is reason enough to follow them. If you do not want to play by his rules on his site, then you are the problem, not the mods. Also, since their are minors on here, those rules are necessary to prevent the posting of child pornography, which is a legal problem, not a personal one.
@Red_Arrow I generally do play by the rules here because if I didn't, I wouldn't be here anymore. Nevertheless, I have the right to vehemently disagree with the rules. As for the mods, I despise them because, like I already said, they sacrifice their dignity by enforcing absolutely retarded rules, instead of passively protesting them like me by following but criticizing them.
Lastly, I do hope you understand the difference between child pornography and nudity. Most European countries have nudity on freaking TV during normal day hours. That doesn't mean national TV stations are going to show their viewers child porn anytime soon. The only people who can't differentiate between nudity and sex are Americans.
The mods do not sacrifice their dignity by following the rules. It is those who sign on to a group, in this case GAG, and then do not follow the rules, and in fact disagree with them after agreeing to follow them by signing up, who sacrifice more than just their dignity.
And I certainly recognize the difference between nudity and sex. I have attended nudist recreation sites for about 50 years and have seen nude children, as well as adult, and seen them in nudist publications as well. And I know the difference well. But there are many people, and not just in America, who cannot see the difference. In fact, many countries are even more upset by nudity than America.
@Red_Arrow Like I told you already, I generally follow the rules. Otherwise I wouldn't be here anymore. As for disagreeing with them: I don't sacrifice anything. I hope you can recognize that I have the right to form my free opinion about this matter. It's not different in real life. You might move to live in Japan. That doesn't mean you agree with every single rule of Japanese society, even if you follow them.
As far as I know it is but it is quite cold here so not really practical
Thanks for MHO
Barefoot it's legal for a woman to go topless where I live.
@TaureanBull81 Yep I wouldn't lie to you.

It's illegal to walk around without a shirt or pants - like in a bathing suite...
About footwear - not sure. All I know is that the person can't get into any store or coffee shop or any public establishment if they're not wearing clothing and shoes.
Some places will refuse to serve you. www.victorystore.com/.../...plastic-sign-18x24.jpg
No, but I love that movie " Barefoot in the park" 😍
There's shaolin monks that live near me, they walk around in Orange robes and no shoes, sometimes sandals , but mostly barefooted
Yes, on the Streets.
However, in Public Places that you Feel Free to Walk into, you must Wear... Footwear on your feet. They will Not let you in Without these.
Good luck and Great question. xx
It is legal but It is still cinsidered weird by people.
In most places, but there are businesses that have the "no shoes, no shirt, no service" signs.
Yo I read "illegal" instead of "legal" 😂 It's legal I guess
I'm pretty sure it's legal in the US... BUT who would want to walk around barefoot with broken glass every where?
It's legal in my country but I just wouldn't in public.
Yes it's completely legal to go barefoot, you'll just get kicked out if you go into buildings barefoot.
not illegal, it's just unhealthy
is it in yours? where are you from?
It is legal, yes. But considering our weather, it isn't advisable.
Where is it illegal? I'm curious.
it's illegal in my heart '-'
Legal yes, but you'll get judgement
Lol yes! Or I'd be in big trouble!

Legal but with many negative reactions.
