Technically no, and you can be bottomless too. Just as long as you're not acting in a way likely to cause offence or any trouble. A tiny number of naturists do make use of this law but most know it's better to keep that sort of thing to designated areas.

It is very confusing tbh coz while its not illegal here it can still cause a problem for u if u r topless or nude for tht matter...

I was told tht they can't arrest me for being nude or topless but if somebody complained n i said i was causing discomfort n my intentions were to coz indecency n bla bla bla i could then be arrested for it...

I have been both topless n nude in public places but it really stirs up people specially the older women...
