Of Course, who doesn't. I don't have trust issues over this, but more like trust issues, because certain groups of people are "underhanded," just when you
start to trust them, they turn around and lie on you, their first method is twisting
your words around and putting you in situations, where you can't fight back. If
you want trust, get a pet. (Primarily a cat or a dog). But only one person you can
trust if you are Christian, everybody has a different religion, I'm a Christian, I trust
God, he does not change.
I was messed with by my ex fiancee and 2 other women (who share my birthday thats why I hate my birthday). And yeah I turned 40 thinking there can be a new slate. I dont think so.
ty for the MH
I have never been betrayed nor have any of my friends that are girls but we were all pretty guarded naturally at the start of any and all romantic relationships. It wasn't a fear, just with a romantic relationship you are giving them a lot of power over you so you have to make sure they are it. They earn that trust, it's not given.
I have no friends, so no one really available to trust in the first place. It's good though, I don't really have a need to trust people anyways. I get by alone, as human beings will get by with anything unless it literally kills them. (And I mean literally in the actual sense of the word.) So it's good.
Yep! And I hate them. Every time I trust someone and let them in I get screwed over. At first I didn't think much of it but over the years it manifested and now it's super hard for me to trust everyone.
Not with my husband or friends, but when it comes to new men trying to befriend me yeah

I couldn't vote on your choices. While I haven't been overly lucky and have been betrayed, I don't necessarily have trust issues. I try to take every situation/person on their own merits.
I'm more guarded. Experience has taught me not to give my trust so freely. People need to earn my trust and once they've earned it, I'll trust them until they give me a valid reason not to trust them
No. I believe everything anyone tells me until I have reason not to. Thereafter I believe nothing of what they say.
Of course I do. Past experiences (not necessarily relationships) have ruined it for me.
yeah.. it's scary to think about the possibility that we can be betrayed and everything we built with that person will be gone..
I feel like I answered this already in great detail.
yeah, but keep them bottled up inside for years now and it just kept adding... drop by drop
any person with any sort of survival instinct will have at least a little bit of an issue trusting people right away
Sure do.. Other people keep giving me reasons not to trust them.
I don't have trust issues but I don't trust anyone. It's not an issue
The idiots in my School who abused me and talked behind my back etc, gave me trust problems.
Yup... even though no one has hurt me.. I have really bad trust issues.
Fortunately no although things have happened that could make me have them
I have trust issues in general, not because of past relationships...
Yes. Because people are assholes.
Issues in general pertaining to relationships, yes
I would tell you, but I don't trust you enough.
I trust my wife and my son.
yeah because of what i had before
I don't trust anybody
I bury my secrets ever since my childhood lol
Nope
It doesn't mean that I trust anyone. People need to earn my trust but I trust my instincts that help me recognize people who can be trusted.
yeah... badly... and it's probably ruining my life
I sure do !
No I don't.
Who doesn't?
Yes.
Nope.
I do.
