I feel like it's like the question "what comes first, the chicken or the egg?"... If I blame the media: they put these thigh-gapped women on the mags. But then the media probably didn't even care about the thigh gap, only about the skinniness of the model. Women are the one who obsess over details like thigh gaps and hip bridges and collar bones being able to hold a stack of coins. But also, men seem to currently totally judge women based on the size of their behinds. But then they wouldn't be obsessing over it if Kim Kardashian hadn't flaunt her humongous ass everywhere. Like a never ending circle. I only know who is definitely disadvantaged by this: little girls. My future daughters. Even children's shows contain characters riding unicorns in TIGHT ASS TUBE TOPS! WHO RIDES A HORSE IN A SHORT AND TIGHT TUBE TOP?

  I apologize, I should have been more specific. I realize that an ordinary girl who walks down the street might be objectified by men for let's say for example, her ass. But my point was that certain women allowed their asses to be advertised (such as on magazines, music videos, and so forth), which is why the media/men/other women continue to objectify women.
