I don't see the miscarriage of justice here. Nobody credible seems to dispute that the sexual assault conviction, which he got, was reasonable given the evidence. There was both physical evidence and witness testimony. He hardly served any real time, he has already dodged a bullet.

Both right and left wing news sources seem okay with the conviction. The only clarification made was why it was not rape by the legal definition applicable in that state.

He won't get to compete in the Olympics, boo fucking hoo.
