He admittedly premeditated the shooting of two burglars in his robbery festooned neighborhood.

Moved his car down the street. Hid in the basement with his guns, drinks and snacks. And weirdly recorded audio. “I’m not a bleeding heart liberal,” after firing two secondary kill shots. Then didn’t call the cops until the next day. “Didn’t want to ruin your Thanksgiving.”

He did this in 2012 and was found guilty of two pre-med murders. Stand Your Ground came out the same year. Experts note the STEEP increase in gun deaths AFTER the law passed in states.

I read a great deal about that case, and watched several fairly long video examinations of it by lawyers and such. I hate to admit that that guy hung himself by being too honest. I don’t think he did a damn thing wrong. The police absolutely refused to help him. His house had been broken into and vandalized ten times in under a year. The same assholes he killed had been in his home uninvited at least once before and taunted him about it. Told him they were coming back and there’s nothing he could do about it. So he proved them wrong.
The important things to remember are that IF the cops had done their job, those thieves would be in jail instead of dead. And IF they hadn’t made a habit out of breaking into other people’s homes, they’d neither be dead nor in jail.
Recording himself killing them, giving the police his recordings, and confessing outright is what landed him in prison.
NEVER talk to the cops. ALWAYS get a lawyer. And if someone comes in your home uninvited, ALWAYS kill them. Otherwise it’s your word versus theirs and if you get some bleeding heart, soft on crime DA, you’re going to prison for protecting yourself, your family and your property.

Pretty sure executions of injured criminals aren’t covered. But again, prosecutors are politicians.

That’s why you don’t stop shooting until they’re dead. If you’re not sure how that looks, just watch a few cop shootings on utoob. It’s always 37 cops completely unloading their weapons into one asshole with a taco wrapper. (That actually happened, sort of.)
Cops know how to make sure there are no witnesses against them. You should too!

I never used the word “legal”.
I acknowledged that he hung himself. I also suggested i believe in a homeowner’s rights to defend himself, his family and his property. I also alluded to having zero sympathy for criminals who get got. I have no idea how or why slavery came into your head based on anything i actually posted. You’re going to have to connect those dots for me. Maybe check your meds too. Ell oh ell!
