What's your personal opinion about freemasonry?

I hate the Freemasonry. Secret societies should be banned, they are not trustworthy. Did you know that only men can join a lodge? Only rich men? Also, even their wives cannot know a single stuff of what they really do in their meetings! Why keep too much secret? That does not smell good.

I'm pretty sure George Washington was a Freemason, and we never would've won the Revolutionary war without him. I don't really have an opinion one way or the other, but considering a lot of our founding fathers were Freemasons, I have to say it's probably more positive than negative considering we'd still be ruled by the British and the world would be much worse off and a lot of us probably wouldn't be alive if our parents hadn't immigrated here and met. I also know a guy who has Freemason ancestry who is a pretty decent guy (and definitely not rich). Also I don't think they're trying to do anything Illuminati-esque with all their money either

my father was invited too, but as far as i know he rejected it. he is not that rich, but he is not that poor though. my point is: if u are a waiter, carpenter or bus driver etc u will never be invited by them. u need to hold a decent social position at least, u don't necessarily need to be a milionaire

People in the US have the constitutional right to freely associate.
Implied is a right to NOT associate, meaning if I don't want women or WASP'S (White Anglo Saxon Protestants) or left handed people in my group, that's fine.
From a Christian perspective, they are opposed to my beliefs, but I wouldn't ban them. I also wouldn't want others to force my church to accept Satan-worshipers as members, either.

Since the beginning, BEFORE the Reformation, they intended to destroy the Church (at that time, there was only one, the Catholic Church).
