no. While it is true that wearing suits generally makes guys come off as more rich/successful than they may be by default, but objectification is not inherently negative or harmful (which the anon you mentioned in your write-up seems to think).
Yeah, it does. Nut, in countries like US, Canada where it's cold, it's kinda normal. It may be promoting objectification in a place where it's hot or, it's not needed.
What, no :D Nothing suits you like a suit! It looks great! It would be good to make it more varied, but other than that I think it's good to have some sort of standard.
No, that guy is wrong. Maybe even bitter. Most likely, both. Suits look awesome.

Suits, like another girl said, makes a guy look more attractive than he really is. Honestly. But itโs not because we think he might be rich, lol, thatโs dumb. It just makes him look more proper. Thatโs all.
Its 100% because it makes him look rich or successful. Or as women like to put it 'driven'. It just means he can possibly provide for you better than some other men and you like that.
Itโs not because it makes him look rich. Itโs the fact that he looks more proper as I said. Simply his appearance improves by miles. Thatโs all. Iโm a woman and I know how it feels. Stop acting like you know more about us
@silverqueen You telling met chill is hilarious since I have been relaxed for the better part of the night. There was a point when we did have amazing sex.
A boy (young man) in a suit causes my knees to weaken. Professionalism if not an objectification. Someone needs to quit cutting school and get an education.
Its a trick in asia, for western people. Buying couple of suits and everyone... Regardless of their own taste about men... Is all over you. You could probably get dozens of women. Specially if ure tall and built well. No need to actually be in shape.
I personally believe that a guy in a suit automatically makes him even more attractive, but its not like i would be wolf calling him and being like dayyummm take off that tie!
I don't agree with the notion of objectification most of the time. There are cases where people only treat others as a sex object but most people are just having sex with another person not just an object in their mind.
In this case it has nothing to do with objectification. It just sounds like it might be unfair if you make one type uniform mandatory for one sex but give the other sex choices on what they want to wear.
Not at all. Sounds like an MRA or MGTOW argument to equate to women crying about objectification. I've never once felt objectified for dressing up. It's my choice when I do.

@Blake0048 Suits are just formal, that's all.. Obviously they are cool too.
I donโt know why men ask women questions like these, but at the same time think they know how we think better than we ourselves do

@Blake0048 Why do you think you know better about what a woman is this, k than she does herself?
@MysteriousDarkness Because Iโm a woman... and every other woman is saying the same thing. This isnโt rocket science, guys.
@MysteriousDarkness Sorry, didnโt see you tagged the other guy hahah. ๐
@silverqueen How did you see what I typed but not who I tagged when who I tagged came first? Also what is so funny?
@MysteriousDarkness Because thereโs also a pc version if you didnโt know. And the tag is light blue. Chill
@silverqueen You telling met chill is hilarious since I have been relaxed for the better part of the night. There was a point when we did have amazing sex.
@mysteriousdarkness Ok dude good for you! LOL
I lost interest in this thread. ๐๐ป

I think that's silly. No man's accomplishments are judged by his looks first. Unless that's part of his job I guess lol.
It's fun to undress my husband after an evening out at a nice restaurant.
Shirt, tie , belt and dress pants 😍

I like wearing my suit because people will assume I am successful even though I am a broke ass college student.
No, this is objectifying men:

Swim suits in general objectify men & women, I mean for women it makes them look sexier same for guys
Lol I'm not talking about swim suits :P
Oh wow you just said suits ๐๐๐ my bad lol I read it wrong, yes men & women are objectified by suits
We're all objectified all the time, men and women. Who the hell cares but those who use it as a dividing tactic to push their agenda?
me and my friends objectify men with good body wearing white T-shirts and skinny jeans.
We usually get mesmerized by guys in suits
Wtf
Iโd say if thatโs the case then just being alive on earth means you are being objectified.
Fuck suites. If I can get away with not wearing them I will do so until the day I die.
not really. suits subjectify men--they're a symbol of power and capability.
To objectify something you have to think of it as something to be acted upon.
