Question

So at work there's a man taking asbestos out of are new staff so it's safe to us. He's extremely handsome and I think he can tell I find him very attractive even though we haven't spoken much.

Just before he leaves he has to take a shower and i keep having the pleasure of walking in on him getting changed. He's very muscular and has a very nice six pack. Today he caught me looking and I just went red and smiled whilst hanging my head down with embarrassment. He seems not to mind and carrys on smiling back at me and getting changed.

Whenever he wants something he comes to me and is constantly making excuses to speak to me. I think he's very self aware and knows I find him extremely hot and likes to show off.

I'll tell you from my own experience. I try to be a respectful person with every person. When a really handsome guy is nest to me, I try to stay polite, subconsciously I know I'm thinking a lot he's hot, yes I get very distracted. Usually what happens is I smile, laugh look down and they start talking. I feel dirty since I'm omg.. this man is hot! Once It was so obvious the guy approached me and asked for my number.
Since he was so hot I was thinking hum.. he's a player I'll pass.. Well he wasn't he was just happy some girl admired him and was not ashamed from it. My lesson learned is that If you are a pretty woman and the guy finds you pretty as well and you are checking him out... believe me he won't find it bad. :)

That's not objectification at all.
No they don't like being objectified.

That's sexualisation -- and it's specifically him sexualising himself if that's how he acts.
They are generally okay with being sexualised because it makes them feel good presuming how you go about is reasonable.

If he's just getting changed then that's not sexualisation, it's just you finding him attractive.
And they obviously like being found to be sexually attractive and are unlikely to have any objection to that.

I don't understand what "objectified' means. Obviously you can value a human being for very narrow aspects like their body or their intellect or money or how well they perform a task or something of this sort. Maybe that's "objectification". But at least I always realized that there's a lot more going on even if I was attracted to those narrow qualities on display. I figure there's more to lean after that.
