Am I racist if I say my favorite color is Caucasian?

I was recently in a discussion about something similar to this and I want to know if it makes me or somebody else racist to say my/our favorite color is Caucasian.

I need context. It can be said as a joke, for example, in which case I'd not call it racist. It could be said to describe a fact ("I am most attracted to white gals"), in which case it is racist by definition but I wouldn't care. It can also be meant in the sense that one dislikes those who're not Caucasian, in which case that would be pretty racist towards anyone from Kyrgyzstan.
