so there is this girl who said to me, she just wants to have fun and hangout with me, but its not into relationships , anymore because she is young. what does that mean? Does she just wants a hook up ? And if so how do I go about asking her when she wants to hook up? and o on her facebook page, she likes the fact of not having a boy friend.

It could be she either wants to just fool around, or maybe she thought you weren't interested in a relationship but wants to still be around you? If you could give some more context that would be good, like What happened that she told you she didn't want a relationship? And have you guys done anything yet?

When it comes to asking if she wants to hookup be flirty about it. It all depends on her, if she's straight forward about talking about sex with you you could maybe text her and ask if she wants to come over that night and fool around.

Or if she's less straightforward you could ask her to hang out with you alone and just initiate kissing and escalate it, if she's comfortable with it, to sex possibly.

Get down and dirty and learn what it means to be a man. Learn from it. Revel in it. But don't get caught up in semantic ideas of things that probably will not happen for some time.
