In my opinion public nudity is absolutely unacceptable, people who attempt to be nude in public should be fined for the first 3 times, after that punishment must come.

Muslim cultures where people have to cover up the most also have the highest rape.  Cultures with open sexuality have much lower rape rates. So public nudity should be required.

I understand it, but I dont think it's safe. Even nude beaches, like you are just increasing the chance of getting sand and such in places that if you ever had it there, you know you dont want it.
