Details on what that movement is would have been helpful.
If your referring to a person feeling like they are a different age whilst also being a different gender, I think feeling a different age can happen although I don’t think an adult can “be” a child’s age.
I don’t feel as old as I am but I know I’m not a child.

To some degree it does make sense. I mean what makes a person different when they magically transform from being a teenager into being an adult? Yet for some reason adults considers themselves adults and teenagers considers themselves teenagers. There is no reason why this self identification would get fucked up at some point.
