I saw this on a Facebook group. Some anti climate change person came up with this to justify polluting the planet.

So much wrong information has been spread about the climate change people are recoiling from it. Climate change makes use of quality of life issues. Originally climate change arguments came from activists. Using quality of life arguments makes use of biological factors of the human brain to create social change. People are instinctively looking out for better quality of life if they can get it, they will.

All these scaremongering arguments like oh the ice caps, and the acid rain and the CO2 and etc. Its making people believe social change must happen or else the quality of life will degrade drastically.

Its then turned into some doomsday cult like Extinction Rebellion who are convinced nearly 8 billion people on Earth are gonna go extinct by next generation.

Really just be realistic about climate.

You simply don't understand anti-climate change sentiment. People don't actually believe dumping trash into the ocean and burning shit is good, they just don't want to put the people who are complaining about it in charge of anything because they're always trying to convince you to give them power so they can find creative new ways to spend your tax dollars.

AOC (Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez) is the perfect example with her 'Green New Deal' proposal which suggests we will support people who are 'unwilling to work' and provide free housing, food, and education for everyone. Uh... hello? I thought this was about stopping pollution?

And there's always an alarmist spin on things, with AOC herself claiming the world will end in 12 years.
