I have watched this series a few times now. While Jim loves to get a reaction from people he likes to mess around with, he never wants to hurt anyone. A bully intends to hurt someone in my experience. Let's look at the Jim-Dwight relationship. Despite Jim constantly poking Dwight, he has shown in episodes that he does care about him if it is something serious that could hurt Dwight physically or emotionally.
Jim is a button pusher but he is not a bully.
i haven't seen the American version so can i ask is he the annoying one who is always trying to act like the big man or the quietter one who likes to get his own back sometimes

Honestly, I would dislike Jim in real life more so than Dwight, but I wouldn't call him a straight-up bully, just a bit of a "chad".
No, he's just a prankster that usually is only reacting after being annoyed. In reality he cares for Dwight.
A dick at times but bullying? No. The only pranks he really pulls are just to spar with Dwight.
I would like to do Pam, however... and Angela.
Not really, no.
Nah.
