well it wouldn't be new. but new here. No income tax. Would make it like others places without it way better in my opinion. But a new law overall? If you are found 100% guilty of a crime without any shadow of doubt for directly hurting a innocent person, aka Rape, murder, bodily harm you shall be put to death no question within a couple day's after sentencing. If they have shadow of doubt they will be fully investigated and done normally unless if evidence gets rid of all doubt. If the person admitted they did the deed before it was proven fully they shall not be put death and will get a sentence like normal and will even get perks while in prison but with this law sentence would be much more time in prison no 15 year or 10 year bs.

oh yeah and if your trying to abuse this in anyway to fake some evidence and kill an innocent. You will become a slave working for barley nothing for the rest of your life no freedom given not even death and if it looks like your dying or getting old or something you will get to feel torture beforehand surely resulting in death. There maybe people who try still of course and people would still hurt others but i am sure this would make a lot more people 2nd guess stuff.

Possible some type of law relating to better access to mental health support, like all larger companies need to have a counselling/ support officer... many people in larger corporations after all are not able to address their stress as they are an ant in he company
