If you do a barbarically act to a person you get the exact same treatment until you are dead. Like rape, killing someone out of hate, beating some you are suppose to love bad, etc

Alright you asked for it, one major law change that throws crime into 3 categories of seriousness, based on the crime they either catch time or are executed in inhumane ways.

A guilty verdict can't be dealt on a first time offense if there is reasonable doubt.
I find it absurd that one can be deemed guilty upon any crime if there is reasonable doubt and they have no history of crimes.
Of course this comes from personal experience.

1st Reasonable doubt could mean they are innocent
2nd No history leans more on them been innocent
3rd If they did commit said crime been deemed innocent does one of two things they will learn and not repeat such crime again anyway solving the problem.
Or they will reoffend thinking they can get away with it again in which will be proof they did it last time, in which case a harsher sentence could be given to counterbalance the fact they tricked them the first time and to show pushing their luck was a major bad idea.
