Oppression is an act, not an idea. Anyone can be oppressed if methods of oppression are used.
Which they are, but not considered as such, since men are labeled as oppressors and therefore, anything that could hurt them is seen as justified.

Most cases it is malicious, someone already named a list of thing but to top that all off the us suicide rate for men are 70 % and it's usually middle age men, if I had to make a guess into why it's would be all the discrimination that's normalized, body shaming hitting, abusing and rape, yes rape it becomes a think where people will tell you that you like it but you didn't.

It's the same reason why women wouldn't get it reported, feared retaliation with a women that's not a problem but when it's a guy the guy would actually be falsely accused of rape and or other shit, for men it doesn't take a lot to get them into jail, guys won't report sexual assaults because the fear being made fun of called weak they are scared that they'll be blamed for it and the report will go unchecked due to society telling them that "men Can't be raped"
