Hard one but by law this is perfectly fine. you cannot be done for kissing a minor. Unless if it's intent was to arouse which would be a longer kiss. And i dunno how she did it but i am guessing a small petite kiss. Which legally would be fine.
And personally i feel same-ish it's kinda just like been kissed on the cheek when young not really a bother. I am sure this was just oh he's a fan have a small kiss than oh i like taking advantage of younger and wanted to go the next step lol
So no prison for her and i think this was acceptable.
I’m not exactly sure about jail, but there should definitely be a punishment for her actions. What she did was not okay and I think both of the people in that “relationship” (ew) need some guidance about healthy boundaries and the law.
There should not be a double standard when it comes to these issues. Whether a man or a woman is the perpetrator or victim, kids should be fucking protected. It isn’t hard.
I don’t know what crime kissing a minor qualifies as: assault, sexual assault, abuse, etc... maybe all of the above. But I don’t believe that we should arbitrarily give second chances. If there’s a law with a prescribed penalty and you’re found guilty of that crime then you should levy the penalty. Second chances come after the penalty is paid.
