CIA didn't exist back then seeing that they still identified as English, this gives a problem since CIA stands for something along the lines of "Central Intelligence of America" (not American so I'm not sure).

The problem is it wouldn't be called America if they britsch were a part of it, then i would most likely be more like "CIB" or "CIE", standing for Britian and England respectively.

In the event I’m wrong, the CIA was founded in 1947 and was created out of the Office of Strategic Services (OSS). Jamestown was the first established settlement in what is currently America in 1607. In 1607 intelligence agencies did not exist. Spying was was done as Nathan Hail did it. By observation. By snooping and pooping. By pretending to be on the side of the enemy to gather intel. There were handfuls of spies for every country not intelligence agencies.

Further more Karl Marx was born in 1818. He proposed the concepts of socialism and communism. Neither of those 2 ideologies existed prior to his life on earth.

As you can see it’s impossible for what you’re asking to have occurred because neither the CIA or Communism existed at the time.
