+1 yAs someone who did actually have "their baby" aborted before, I can give you an honest account of my feelings about it.
I was relieved, relieved that my friend with benefits acted as an adult who has previously expressed a certain stance about these things and stuck to that stance without betraying me when push came to shove.
These things happen, even hormonal contraception fails sometimes.
Like a sensible adult, they told me what's up, I offered to pay my half of the bill, I made sure they were ok both psychologically and physically, and life goes on.32 Reply- +1 y

+1 y1. I don't want to have any kids, I would only date someone who also didn't want kids, we would try to avoid pregancy as much as possible, and I respect women's right to choose to be pregnant or not.

Glad to hear that.
What Guys Said
895 opinions shared on Society & Politics topic. I've never used condoms much, pair that with bad memory problems and the fact that I can't remember most of my partners, there's a solid probability it has happened before. There's also a solid chance that I have babies out there being raised by other guys. Neither one bothers me.
If it's a woman I'm with, rather than a thing of convenience with very little in the way of feelings (aside from the physical) then I'd be enraged. Part of being in a relationship is making decisions together. Part of having unprotected sex is knowing there's a high probability of getting pregnant and having a baby... you don't do that in a relationship unless you're planning to.
Even the women I've forgotten, I was picky about who I had sex with bearing that possibility in mind. There is a chance I could wind up raising a child with this woman, if I can't imagine that, I'm not sticking my dick in her. If a woman I'm with doesn't have that same level of maturity and commitment. Fuck her, she's dead to me.
I'd imagine the feeling is the same for women towards men who abandon their children, yes? What other women do with abortions doesn't bother me. If it's my relationship and a unilateral decision is made, how close the relationship is will determine the response. For health reasons or because a baby will be born retarded or with some other condition that would make life miserable for them, us, and their siblings though, I'd get that.10 Reply- 9.9K opinions shared on Society & Politics topic.
u +1 y10. Absolutely. I would hate any woman who did that to our child.

+1 y5... SO MANY FACTORS in such a complex decision. AND...
we must NEVER forget its HER body!
In the most pragmatic sense
we MUST never 'anthropomorphize' what is INITIALLY
an evolutionary parasitic 'benign cancer'.
A 'gamete' is NOT YET a human being!
THEN, we must factor in the health,
maturity and financial circumstances of the potential parent.
Did 'conception' occur by accident, coercion, deception, laziness or ignorance?
A WANTED pregnancy is a joyous thing...
an UNWANTED pregnancy is a decades-long physical & financial hardship
on the child, the single mother and the society in which they subsist.
I once was involved with a faithless young woman who'd moved away, then returned.
I helped her with the thousand mile cross-country grueling drive from Miami returning to Vermont... we'd been past Lovers and during the return trip we overnighted at a motel. Naturally we'd been intimate, with her assurances she was on birth control.
A few weeks after her return to her ancestral home, she advised she'd tested pregnant. And, that she had not the financial means to afford to abort. I'm not stupid. I fully suspected that 'bun' in her oven WASN'T mine and, that our renewed intimacies were to cover HER poor judgement.
But... short of a post birth paternity test there was no way to incontrovertibly know. I fronted her the cost of the abortion. Had I NOT... it would have spoken far louder about MY character, than that of hers!
It was still the lesser of two evils than being played for eighteen year's child support and the approbation of her small town's judgements. After our off-again romance, I learned she'd again become pregnant by her own negligence and this time bore a full-term son.

In my personal opinion, it would all depend on the circumstances.
1. In your update on unprotected sex w/o condoms because you don't like the feel... well then this is the consequences. You may want the abortion, but now states are stepping in.
2. If you were taking precautions, and an unplanned pregnancy occurred then you may have a serious decision to make. Abortions are not always the answer. If you are in a serious relationship or married then you are now going to be a family. That's what the sex act is all about, not just the enjoyment of the feelings
3. If there are going to be any major complications with the life of the mother during the pregnancy, or viability of the baby's life, then an abortion maybe an answer (but the State may see it differently).
4. There are many many Religious and Social stands against Abortions, but I personally feel it's a decision for the two who produced this baby. But I say again, it should be up to the "TWO" INDIVIDUALS who enjoyed the sex act that began the conception of this child.
5. Some say it should just be up to the woman, because it's her body. Well in one respect I agree with that. If this was a non consensual sex, well then maybe I'd agree the woman should have the say.
6. But if you were in a serious relationship and had been having sex on a regular basis, and either the woman was on BC or the man used a condom and allowed it to break or come off, or she skipped her pills for a few days... It is now a new situation, she stopped her pills because she wanted to get pregnant; or he slid the condom off because he wanted to get her pregnant. Now it needs to be seriously discussed and YOU BOTH should have a say, even if the decision is for an abortion
That baby is Both of Your's.
BUT IMHO AN ABORTION SHOULD BE THE DECISION OF THE TWO INDIVIDUALS WHO CONCEIVED THE PREGNANCY.00 Reply- 478 opinions shared on Society & Politics topic.
+1 yIf we'd previously agreed to have a baby before then 10
If the pregnancy was unplanned then still, 10
I'm a man of my word and if she doesn't trust me when I say I'll handle the consequences and I'll take care of her and the baby as long as I'm breathing, then she can have the abortion and leave my life.
If she's not ready to have a child yet, then too bad, shit happens and here we are, not worth an abortion, I'll handle it.
If she never wanted a child in the first place then we're obviously too different and I'd wonder how I got this far with a girl I'm incompatible with, I guess I'd see it as my fault, let her have the abortion, and leave while beating myself up.11 Reply- +1 y
Update: plan B pills
If those don't work or mess up her hormones too much, pull out method, even though not sure how good I'd be at that lol
An 8, whether I knew about her being pregnant or not. I don't want kids, but having fatherhood stolen from me, would still be a big shock. I mostly support abortion, but what I despise is how in the law, men have literally zero say-so in the birth of their child and have 0% reproductive rights, which is extremely f*cked up. I'm not even saying women shouldn't have majority rights, since they are the ones giving birth, but men have NO rights, whatsoever. And then feminist cunts want to whine about "patriarchy."
Again, I don't want kids and wouldn't be having unprotected sex anyway, but I should at least get a voice when it comes to my unborn child.00 Reply- 1.8K opinions shared on Society & Politics topic.
+1 ydepends
1. without warning. 10 utter shock and a bit angry that she didn't at the very least tell me or talk to me about it. i wouldn't so no or try to stop her or anything. but i'd at least like a head up
2. with warning: 4-5. i'd be ok with it with some kind of explanation for why she's doing it.11 Reply- +1 y

+1 yIt should be the woman choice. I rather see a QUESTIONABLE baby aborted then to see it suffer in unknown circumstances. So I go with a one.
The main reason where’s the love?
The so called GOD of a father might play holy than thou attitude until after the baby is born than he forgets then about the baby and his responsibility.
If the so-called father tries to force the women to carry the baby then the so-called father must wear an artificial silicone fake belly for nine months. At the at the end of the nine months he will be given a real c-section.00 Reply 3.5K opinions shared on Society & Politics topic. 1 unless if i actaully wanted a baby then be a 8. But i haven't fell into that biology trap yet. And doubt i will.

Being a hermaphrodite is a physical anomaly.
If gender is a social construct then it really doesn't occur naturally.
You are confusing gender with personality.
Body dismorphia is a mental health issue. Many women get excessive cosmetic surgery because they are not happy with body. Some people have mastectomies or testicle removal because they don't like what they see in the mirror.
If gender has nothing to do with what is between your legs, why do people have cosmetic surgery to remove body parts?
Lets see you explain that Mr. Know Nothing.
- +1 y
@NoManTwo i already gave you a link to it last time proving why both are different If ya didn't understand it not my fault shrugs. There is plenty more things that clearly explain the difference. Don't matter if it's annomly you didn't take it into account when you said your dumb shit.
- +1 y
@NoManTwo i would rather insult someone than be the one who cannot learn fact gender and sex are different and cannot even understand a simple link that took you to a site that tells you exactly why there different and if you look at other sources it would say the same. But eh sure deflect onto the insults.
- +1 y
@NoManTwo okay so you understand gender is a social construct and sex is a biological construct then you know there is a clear difference but yet you say no... who's the smart one here. And social constructs are very much a real thing... or do you need a link about how animals are know to adapt to there social constructs and that's how they get through life lmao

+1 yMy partner's currently pregnant. She has almost 6 months to go and we are both happy of the incoming kid.
If she ended up aborting for anything but natural reasons, she'd be single the day after I find out though.
And I'd make sure the WORLD knows what kind of heartless bitch she is.
Thank god she is a smart woman, not like many modern ones.20 Reply - 888 opinions shared on Society & Politics topic.
+1 yI have always wanted to be a father. For me I would be irrevocably distraught. Life just would not be worth living. I also would never speak to the woman again having nothing to do with her. If it was illegal in my jurisdiction I would file a police report.

+1 yIt depends. If it was a planned pregnancy and she changed her mind, i would be upset. I'm still a pro choice tho but something you're looking forward to and which was agreed to declined at the last minute is just disappointing. It's a general feeling not just when it comes to abortion but if it was unplanned, i wouldn't mind but i would be more careful because i wouldn't like the abortion bills.
10 Reply 10 depending on the circumstances I'd almost certainly never talk to her again and it's probably one of the only times I'd slap a woman.
I love my babies, the thought is awful. Some people are just heartless. Thankfully responsible use of birth control isn't too hard.10 Reply- 3.1K opinions shared on Society & Politics topic.
+1 yUnannounced, it would be a 10, I would be outraged.
If we could talk about it first and depending on how long I've known about it, it would be in the mid range 4-6. I'm not going to be happy about it.10 Reply
Anonymous(45 Plus)+1 yYou dont get it.
As a man i dont get to choose, I know and have always known that i have no control, no input, no say.
It doesn't matter what i think or what i want.
So what does it matter how i feel about it?10 ReplyPretty bad. Say 7. I was married with 2 kids. My then wife chose to abort her next 3 pregnancies. I have no real understanding of why, as she knew I was not in favour. However, her body, her choice. It did nothing for our relationship, though.

+1 yI'd sue the shit out of the woman for killing my child. A mother's rights do not trump those of a father. Also it is murder. Hopefully Roe v Wade will get cut. Then I could get the state to pursue criminal charges for murder as well.

+1 yDepends on the situation, but no matter what probably pretty low because it is the woman’s body and I may only get slightly irritated if we purposely had kids and had agreed to keep them.
