Why are old money people such airheads with no sense of reality?

They are so abstract and flighty and weird.

And they have these bizarre ideas.

I knew this Auckland family and they had this old house and were high ranking in the New Zealand right wing political party, and they needed the electrician to plug in the DVD player.

I knew sorority girls in Texas, and their friends were so stupid.

a lot of rich people are dumb. This is coming from a rich kid. My parents grew up poor in the slum area in New York so I grew up with a respect for money and hard work. My parents made me work for my first car which was a 2004 toyota. They could have easily bought me a brand new car but they made me earn my own. Not the case for my friends. My friends were driving brand new cars given to them. They never cleaned their room they would have the house cleaner do it. They wouldn't clean their bathroom. They wouldn't wash their car. Some of them are still useless. Don't get me wrong I love some of em to death but the cluelessness of some of them.
