Cosmetic surgery does not change one's sex or gender.
If gender isn't determined by what's between a person's legs, why have cosmetic surgery?

Nothing, but it's the ones who actively come on here and purposely try to tear down my transgendered friends (some on this site) who I have a problem with.

I honestly, truly have 0 problem if people don't agree with lgbt or even actively dislike it. If you tell me I'm going to hell for being a lesbian or transgendered women are not women, then we have a problem and unfortunately there are way too many mouth breathers here who do it.

First off, its not something the media covers when someone is charged with a crime. Second, I see them on the police blotter all the time, FAR out of proportion to their actual portion of the population.
