Why are conservatives so afraid of calling Critical Race Theory anti-white?

What does it need to happen in order for you to see that conservatism is controlled opposition in our political scene?

It's a worthless ideology.

I'm a leftie who's anti-lib, and I tell you conservatives who're genuinely anti-woke, you shouldn't be supporting conservatism, republicans, Trump, classical liberalism/libertarianism, capitalism, PragerU, Ben Shapiro, zionism...

CRT started out, like so many liberal ideas, as a good idea. Then it was almost immediately taken over by the authoritarian loving neo-liberals and turned into a complete bastardisation of itself.

And it sickens me that the classical liberals keep letting the authoritarian loving assholes get away with this shit.

Critical race theory was just a fancy way of expanding black history month. It was going to teach some of the really shitty parts of history, for a couple of reasons. So white people could really understand what had been done, and how it affected the present. (A laudable goal.) And so black people could learn a lot about their history, which had been previously ignored or glossed over because it was too horrific or embarrassing for the regular history class, especially at high school level. (Also laudable.) I would include things like the Tulsa massacre in this. It's not a good thing when most Americans only learned about it in the last 4 years because it was in the Watchmen tv series or Lovecraft Country.

But it quickly devolved into teaching that white kids should feel guilt and shame for the actions of their ancestors, and black people should feel like the only reason they aren't millionaires is that there is an evil white foot on their neck.

The defenders of CRT are like those who call themselves feminists. Stop looking at what it was supposed to be. Look at what it's actually become, then tell me it's a good idea and try to defend it.

As far as the question goes, the far left has already beainwashed normies into thinking anything that is pro-white is Nazi rhetoric (sometimes it is, sometimes it isn't). If they hope to win over the overwhelming majority of normies in the middle, they need to tread carefully and not give the far left more ammunition. That's why they won't call it anti white; because the left would just spin that into "supporting Nazis."

I myself can't believe how far they've gotten on the "everything is racist" horseshit. Then again, most human beings are dumber than pig shit, so this will keep getting pushed by the most evil puppetmasters "on the left" (let's be honest, the ones at the top are neither "left" or "right" leaning; that's only what they tell their useful idiots in Washington and the general public).

what conservative should do is call critical race theory what it really is racist is designed so that black people get passes for criminal activity and whites don’t because black people disproportionately commit crimes compared to white people in United States and is it theory suggests that black people don’t have agency and down lives and have no choice but to commit criminal acts because the white man keeps them down. Critical theory came from the Frankfurt School. Whenever you here critical theory of any type, think communism. The Frankfurt School fled Germany to hide from the Nazis when they were killing off all the socialists. They established themselves in New York and California… The communist love to foment hate among groups to subvert a country's culture and institutions so that a power vacuum arises where they can step in to take power in the name of stabilization and become totalitarian dictators. When I here Critical Race Theory that is what I think of. The Blacks are just dumb pawns that are too stupid to know they are being used, and too ignorant of history to know if they keep pushing, then reactionary fascism rises and then the Black race is sent to work death camps to be slaves until they starve to death so that people from the Frankfurt School can profit off their misery.

A lot of responses seem to miss your point. It is important to distinguish between the establishment or “beltway” conservatives and neoconservative intellectuals from the populist conservatives (think Trump supporters) and dissident conservatives (paleoconservatives, neoreactionaries, etc.). The only conservatives who are saying CRT should not be called “anti-white” are the establishment conservatives and neoconservative intellectuals. They move in the social circles and institutions that are completely dominated by leftists and feel the need to maintain respectability in those circles. Also, some of them have sinecures that depend on this. As such, they constantly try to curate and control discourse on the right, while the left does nothing to restrain their radicals. The effect is that they serve to contain the right and guarantee a constant cultural drift to the left. They are controlled opposition, but in most cases not consciously so.

Because once you that anything can be anti-white, you're told that it's not possible because white people supposedly are immune to racism or some shit.
That's the new thing of the left, you can be absolutely racist, insulting, menacing, violent against white people, and it's fine. CRT is just the new pseudo-scientific idea to force that and teach it in school.
Pass it as a scientific theory, and suddenly it's ok to be taught, even to kids, and teach white kids from the first grade that they're bad and racist from birth, and should bow down to minorities in every way.

Critical Race Theory is racist, it will attack and use ANY race against another all it is about is POWER nothing less, they are breaking the populous into tribes, Black, Asian, White etc. This helps none but those using CRT, while limiting any cross group communication that would let people respond to CRT in an effective manner.
