Even though many POC hate and claim to be oppressed by whites they will never let white people form their own societies away from them. So they seem to believe any white flight is a threat that must be fought against. This is plain, simple and easy to see.

Since you're using the word countries, I take it that you're talking about the planet, and not just USA. The people utilizing this idea are located on the far-right of the political spectrum.

The far-right does not represent the right wing, worldwide, only a portion of it.

Well, here's the problem with mass lynching a bunch of former Confederates- instead of national reconciliation, you're being vengeful after a war to save the union has been concluded. Which means you will eventually have to deal with guerilla warfare and you'd have had a hard time finding enough Union troops willing to do it at the scale you seem to want to (don't forget that some of the people who fought for the Union were themselves Southerners). It would also have further impeded acceptance of Reconstruction.
