Where in NYC should a white person live to not contribute to gentrification?

I got a new position in NYC, as a single white woman i don’t want to occupy black/hispanic spaces. i originally wanted to go for a high rise in Williamsburg and then took a step back a thought that i’d feel guilty bc it doesn’t align w my worldview on things…i’m not doing this to protect any kind of moral reputation, it’s just that i don’t want to be a participant in something i think is harmful

i think all of you missed the point. i was referring to displacement of black/hispanic people. a lot of people say to move into their neighborhoods means they lose their businesses and homes to rich white people. i have not a single problem living amongst them.
