Well, the fact that the USA gets comparatively little immigration could then be explained by two things.

Either, the quality of life in the USA is so poor compared to those other nations that people don’t want to move there despite it being very easy. Or, it is very difficult to move there.

As it turns out, it is the second. It is comparatively very difficult to immigrate to the US as compared with those other nations. Hence that massive disparity in how little immigrants go to the USA
