Great question! This is actually the future. As society breaks down and womens dating standards increase this is absolutely becoming normalized from all angles.

1. You can see with online dating, feminism, casual sex... more and more men are becoming incels and the top men are getting more and more sex and relationships.

2. With the relaxing of marriage standards like gay marriage, more and more is becoming socially acceptable.

3. With women becoming less attractive for marriage, and women being openly bisexual, women are making that trade to get commitment out of men. (We can have 3somes if you choose me). How else do you get a top tier man to marry a slut?

4. Laws for marriage are ridiculous for men. You see more and more couples opting out of the legal system. Simply saying they are married for religious reasons but not doing the paperwork. These people are using religion as their marriage ie not atheists. These people are researching and discovering all the major religions in the west tolerate polygyny.

The whole concept of monogamy is not natural. Its a good trade for most men and women when its working. Most people get a mostly good pairing. But today thats just not true anymore. The natural order of things is men are conquerors and competitive and the men who can will take more women.

I personally have two girlfriends and am still dating and fucking other girls. Why? Because i can. And women today are pathetic in my opinion. No one girl has any chance of holding me down unless she's a hot virgin at minimum. How often can one find girls like that to date? So i do totally agree with society moving this way for my own personal benefit seeing as y'all ladies fucked up the monogamy routine by being whores.

@UncleJessieRabbit its not ideal but im not going to wife a slut and be faithful to her to do my part for the incels. My concern is me first and unless i get a hot young virgin homemaker i will never commit to one woman. Thats what im owed in the "monogamy marriage bargain"

On the other hand its a necessary evil and may be good overall for society right now to have polygyny. here's why if a woman who gets with an incel they will have their 1.5 kids and probably get divorced. If she's with me i have to get around the child support laws so ill he tapping out each wifes maximum fertility. Child support diminishes. Ie one kid is like 30% of your income but the 2nd is 10% and the 3rd is 2% and the 4 is 1% etc. Once you get past 4 kids now it flips and the woman would be very stupid to leave and try to retain custody. Even with support she won't be able to afford them. So she HAS to work it out one way or another. And if you do that with 2 or 3 women they split that income award down further because im already supporting say 10 other kids. So i mean i could lose 30% of my income over 1 child or lose 60% over 15 kids... if im going to pay at least lets get kids out of it. So by doing this im increasing the population which right now its greatly declining. Im also very strict conservative and religious so it will be good for me to raise kids that way with society filled with hedonists and anarchists. This is part of why its a natural response to a society like we are heading now.

Being raised with Christian beliefs, I felt disenfranchised that I was to be still holden to their sexual standards of monogamy and no premarital sex when the hot virgin girls are in the real minority. Thing is, I don't think there is a lot of conservative and traditional kind that support polygyny. If so, I want to know where I can find them too.
But honestly, I have also been anxious with the thought that I might end up being one of the "incels". I mean and some of the factors that make it so can be outside of my control.

Then i converted from atheist to Christian. So i didn't grow up being taught anything. in my opinion the Bible clearly supports polygyny and premarital sex to a degree for men. It does not allow any tolerance for women. For example in modern English we think of adultery as having sex outside marriage. However in the OT its as good as defined for you what is adultery and what is not. That is how jews at that time understood the word. Nowhere does it say its about men having multiple wives or concubines and its not even particularly clear if its about just sex. For example having sex with another mans wife is considered adultery for a male but in our modern time thats only the females adultery. So obviously these words mean different things. Im not saying go sleep around but i find little evidence men should be wifeing up non virgin women or sexually committed to a single woman. Even in the NT man should love his wife like Jesus loves the church. Um Jesus is a single person and the church is many. Smh. Seems like more proof of polygyny being acceptable to me.

It would be possible, and technically should since this is the "land of the free" and supposedly people have rights to religious freedom which therefore should legally allow some religions to practice it freely. But this country would never actually legalize it because then there would be so many people trying to do it regardless of religion, claiming to be religious just to do it, not to mention the entire government system would have to be altered to be able to accept numerous spouse options on documents and such. Plus it would give people the ability in a way to marry people in different states and each not really know about the other which I'm sure would result in a lot of murders.

It is. You just cannot enter a polygamous relationship, but you can have an existing one recognised by Western law.

But most Western laws are around polyamory instead. Which is a bit daft as you screw and cohabit with 2 or more women, but don't dare try and marry them.

Unless you go take them to India and marry them over there. Then you can live with them in a legal polygamous relationship in any Western country.
