I think many knows how we could help but it may not be the most politically correct or legal thing to do.
I once heard from a military veteran during a podcast that we should just let the Marines loose and do what they need to do to the enemy, and within a short amount of time, there would be no more of ISIS or other enemies within the region we want to take out.
Of course, we cannot do this for a whole lot of reasons……
Sometimes, the most simple solution, is not the best in legal, moral, or financial terms.

Imagine you are in a forest and there is a lovely piece of cake that you want to eat but guarding the cake is a bear and for whatever reason he doesn't eat the cake, alright shut up, i know bears are loving them some cake, its a bad analogy.

Are you going to fight the bear or will you wait until the bear goes away or drops his guard before you try to eat the cake?

The Taliban are not going to engage the US army in a stand up fight, why would they?
You could go looking for them if you want to but how do you know who the bad guy is?

You can try to protect half of the people who are open-minded and wants to change but another half will try to destroy you. That's a hard decision. A lot of ethics to think over and I don't think no one can't help them with force. We can send them the whole army in the world, can lose thousand of young soldiers on their behalf and people in there'll still blame us. I meet a lot of them. All were they talking about what the world did to them. South Korea was the same long ago but with their mindset, they changed. Everyone in the world got out of war somehow but not middle eastern. They are always arguing about something. Never say we are doing something wrong and we need to change. So I think that's mind prison and no one can't save kinda person with guns. What they need is education. Not religion talks they are learning from crap schools but real education.

No. That is the job of organizations like the UN. "Helping" a country that does not ask for help is interference at best, colonization at worst. Americans have been throwing a fit since 2016 over alleged interference in their elections. How come having seen how much they hate outside interference, they still insist on interfering in the other countries?
By all means help your allies if they ask, but please leave sovereign nations alone. They'll ask if they need help. If the situation in that country is deemed bad enough, the international community must cooperate to address it. One country deciding to act alone, even in the name of "help" is illegal, and sets a dangerous precedent (I'm sure there are many countries that would also like to "help" their neighbours, or "help" the people in their enemies/rivals' countries).
They have totally different beliefs, and many of their nations have RELIGIOUS, and even Sharia Law components! They DON'T WANT WESTERN DEMOCRACY!! Many of them think that we are "Evil" and "sinning" in the eyes of Allah. How do you "help' them, aside from leaving them be? Why do so many in the US think that EVERYONE in the world should WANT TO LIVE LIKE WE DO? Why do SOOOOOO MANY assume, that "democracy" is the best way for these, of RADICALLY different cultures? It's ignorant, and controlling, and stupid!!!
The only way the Middle East can be helped is if we drain that toxic Islamic poison out of them. Let’s face it, Islam is supposed to be the religion of peace, yet the most violent behavior comes from there. They’re ALL fighting and dying for the cause of Islam. The Taliban and Al Qaida literally get their inspiration from the Quran. The non-violent Muslims will say that these Taliban types are not true Muslims, but if that’s the case, the non-violent Muslims should be fighting the Taliban to the death for insulting Islam. The fact that they don’t shows that they’re all from the same cult. These Muslims should have been deprogrammed decades ago, but they aren’t, so the hate and violence continues.

No unfortunatly the US should keep out of it. There is no such thing is "help" in politics without something to gain in return. The West has already eff'ed up a lot of borders in the middle East, Asia and Africa already. The US has a strong army yes but its a tougher game when your playing in a mountainous terrain. You can't help a nation when you do not understand its people. The US or any Western nation would never go that extra but important mile when dealing with conflicts. Libya and Iraq are fine examples of removing one power without understanding the importance of the root cause and culture. I say let them live out the era. Change will need to come through them. We have our own dark history no different then the history Afghanistan is going through now. Over time the next power will succeeded the last.

Americans have never "helped" any country and always abandon when they fail. Hence Afghanistan is no different from the many other wars America has failed in.

No, we have the most expensive military in the world. Power means very little when most fights are fought in the market. Yes we could be the world's police but, as Biden alluded to, that's simply a ridiculous expectation if other countries aren't going to step up - including good citizens of the countries we police.
If the citizens if Afghanistan were properly armed, they could fight for their own country. Unfortunately that's not the case. But I think the US shouldn't involve itself with other countries wars. That being said, I think it's only right that we provide some sort of aid to the citizens. Women and children are especially in danger right now.
Everyone is in danger now. We should have build up the afghan military and evacuated the people before they announced the withdrawal of our troops so we could take them out side by side
To answer violence with counter violence does not solve the underlying reasons for ''problems''. It just makes some trigger-happy generals even trigger happier.
One follow up question also must be: do ''they'' need help. want help, or CAN they be helped.

The US doesn’t have the most powerful military.
They also don’t go to war to help people. Never. It’s always about resources.
The only reason they say that they’re going in for humanitarian reasons is to fool people. Most people have a child-like view of war.
You wanna help Afghanistan here is an easy solution. Train the people there and give them weapons to fight against the Taliban. The US was there for 20+ years. If they really cared about that that's what they would have done. Like the way they helped Israel.
Hell yeah we should be helping. He took our troops out and left our military equipment and now our citizens and the afganistan citizens are being overtaken by terrorists. So whats next, the taliban will most likely oppress the people and if they can't beat them they will join them and with all the illegal immigrants that are welcomed into our country and zero boarder control it will not end up well for us.
We should continue helping them, yes. Not for them. But because now that the taliban have taken over, it's a matter of time before they come attack us. There's now an entire country being run by people who walk around all day screaming "death to America"
You know only 10% of donated money actually goes to the cause? The other 90% pays for CEO salary and "administrative costs. They spend $90 out of every Franklin to line their pockets in a lot of cases.

The most powerful military means nothing if you're tens of trillions of dollars in debt. If your house is on fire, it isn't a good idea to worry about what's happening at your neighbor's.

Yes I think we should. I don’t think they have the equipment or the expenses for the military like we do. I feel for all of them out there. The Taliban taking over is just nasty. I don’t blame any of the Afghans for wanting to escape.
