The FDA itself says that nobody should be forced to get the vaccine because it hasn't actually been fully approved. It's experimental and it's unethical to force someone to participate in an experiment.

Vaccine hesitancy is highest among African Americans and Latinos. Last I checked an overwhelming majority of them were Democrats. Plus the vaccine doesn't have long term study data. Whereas other treatments available at hospitals do.
