Why are Dems infuriated by the FBI now saying there was no insurrection on January 6th?

I'm really confused about this. I thought the Democrats would be elated to find out there was no insurrection. They've spent the last 6 months telling us how horrible insurrections are and now they're sad to see this one go. Shouldn't they be happy?

Because it shatters the basis of their impeachment of Trump

There are so many Democrats who need to be arrested and imprisoned that it's the height of hypocrisy for them to keep exclusively going after Trump. The dumb asses who believe the party's narrative crack me up.
The Dubya administration was bad. But since O'Bomber's reign (with Killary as Secretary of State), the Democratic party has become even more despicable than the Republican party. I wouldn't have thought that possible.

I always considered my values to be strongly liberal/progressive. But many liberals (those who were basically Democrats) and the definition of liberalism began to radically morph into the opposite of what it had formerly been. I don't want to be associated with those fucks.

I voted Democrat until 1996, when I began voting independent as a rejection of both parties. I returned to enthusiastically vote for Obama in 2008. But he turned into Dubya II and I voted independent again from 2012 until 2020 when, for the first time in my life, I voted Republican. I voted for Trump in an effort to keep Biden and Harris out of office. I despise everything about the entire Democratic party at this point. My governor and other Democratic governments have proven to be monsters over the past year or two. I'm done. And it's really entertaining watching my latte-liberal friend's heads explode when they find out that I didn't vote Democrat.

I evolved beyond ideologies and partisan loyalties. I can't be defined by a label like liberal or conservative. I develop my own informed opinions on individual issues based on the available information. I do research and seek out opposing views. My opinions can be modified or changed as new information becomes available. I don't care who agrees with me.

Anyway, I think Trump was obviously better than Dubya or Dubya II (Obama), and he's 10x better than the current addled sniffer/drooler in chief.

I support Trumpers, who include people of all races, ethnicities, genders and creeds, and span the spectrum of political ideologies. I expect that I will vote for him in 2024, not because he's great but because he's the best alternative and because I want to see the Democrats loose their minds.

Keep a couple of things in mind here- a large number of the people arrested for 1/6 had not even voted in the 2020 election. Doesn't it strike you as a bit strange that they'd be that outraged about the election that they'd travel all the way to DC? And it's not as if the FBI isn't known for using informants to entrap people.

Could be that the FBI doesn't want any more attention paid to what role they may have had in the whole matter.
