No... they just have a different perspective than most people. Sometimes they'll believe there are bigger differences between the races than they have reason to believe exist... in which case they'll just be wrong. Sometimes they'll have a more tribal outlook than most people in which they'll look at things like, "Well... I want to be part of a tribe. I think I'll choose my race." In that case, that's a destructive, divisive perspective oftentimes... unless it's for some defensive reason, such as with black people during civil rights movements, and that sort of thing... but non-retarded people have had way, way dumber opinions. Then there's a third type of racist: people who judge people based on statistical data or personal experience rather than treating people like individuals. That'll harm society, but that's also just kind of how people behave sometimes.
