Do you agree with the likelihood of overturning Roe V. Wade?

I would agree, but the likely hood of it being a federal ban is low.
If abortion was going to be made illegal, it would have happened years ago, but they just keep kicking the can down the road.
a fetus has every right to be born and protected under the law. We care more about the rights of Endangered birds than we do of the rights of the human unborn.

I’ve been saying this for months. SCOTUS just averted the politics of actually ending it. But they still allow states to ban it.
Hopefully liberals will wake the fck up and start voting in midterms. Though like usual that’s unlikely.
Good. Roe vs. Wade was a wrong decision for the court. This is a state issue.
No. Abortion is an inherent right to women and restricting it to a point in time where many women don’t even know they are pregnant is utterly vile.
Absolutely agree, abortion isn’t healthcare, healthcare isn’t a right.
I would LOVE to see R-v-W overturned, but with such a strong push by the New World Order maggots to reduce world population, I don't see it happening.
I don't agree with it being overturned. I feel it may be overturned. With the last people put on the bench I see doom on the horizon
Lol nope, it is very hard to overturned something that the Supreme Court already on
It happens all the time. In fact, Roe v. Wade itself overturned many previous cases.
But it's not at all likely it will be overturned in this instance.
Roe v. Wade, which ignorant, uneducated people don't understand or even know, was fashioned out of a made-up "right to privacy" using the 14th Amendment. They created this right to privacy out of thin air, then applied it to the issue of abortion, rather than ruling on the issue of abortion directly.
What the Court is more likely to do now is address the issue with respect to its constitutionality. The Court doesn't like to go as far as making specific laws and regulations, which is the function of the legislature, but it will establish broad guidelines to try to restrict room for further misinterpretation.
These will most likely come down on the side of allowing abortion under reasonable conditions, such as the previously established first and second trimester tests (just as an example of how it might be done). They will most likely want to eliminate its ridiculous ability to allow full-term or partial-birth abortions that are not tied to the woman's health (i. e., saving her life), which was never the intention of Roe v. Wade to begin with.
And this will not happen in one case. It will take another 10 years of decisions leading up to it in order to settle the law for the modern day.
Yep, lets quit murdering little babies so a woman doesn't shun her responsibilities.
Well Roe v Wade hasn't been overturned, it's just been rendered moot. This ain't over.
I agree that it's likely.
I agree. Abortion is murder.
The judiciary shouldn't legislate.
