Clearly you didn't watch the video you posted because kamala said she'd take it health professionals, including dr fauci recommend taking it, saying she'd be "the first in line to take it", but not if trump said to take it. In other words, she trusts the medical professionals for medical advice, but not trump. there's no hypocrisy there.

The vaccination that was developed and approved by medical experts in 2020 during the Trump administration is the same vaccination that's being distributed and touted by the Biden administration. Harris should've said that she'd take the vaccination if approved by medical experts, regardless of who's President at the time. She didn't say that. Her response was medically unhelpful.

Of course she wouldn't take it, if it were recommended solely by Trump. Trump isn't a doctor, or a scientist. He has no expertise with medicine or vaccines. That's kinda the point.

Trump (or anybody) certainly can offer something, without a doctor. That's what he was doing with hydroxychloroquine: suggesting that it was safe and effective, despite a multitude of doctors saying otherwise.

And whether you agree with mandates, or not, the vaccines at this point in time are recommended by the majority of medical experts, so for the Biden administration to try pushing them on the public is exactly in line with what Kamala stated in that video.

That would make her the exact opposite of a hypocrite. Obviously not everyone agrees with the Administration, but that doesn't negate the fact that she said she'd trust medical experts, and she is, in fact, trusting medical experts. So, not a hypocrite at all.
